Club Meeting suggestion

Should the club look into purchasing some type of microphone speaker set up for meetings and/or weigh in? Hard to hear people talking at the meetings.

Good idea. I looked into it before and it isn't super expensive but....

people could be courteous and not talk when we have somebody speaking....

I love the slide show - great job Louie! I had Denise look into getting us a projector so we could do power point presentations a couple of years ago and that cost is shockingly high

No one was there to show us how to set up. I think we get with Luis and wright down what to turn on and or off. The set up that is there will work.

Bob, they have microphones that will hook into your boom-box that you carry around.

Hey Mike Whittier here, FYI I have an LCD projector we can use anytime the club needs one, just let me know when I need to bring it. I'll be glad to help out as this is the kind of work I do for a living.

Mudville has a projector. We just need a tutorial on the microphone setup so we can turn it on/off ourselves if Louis or Annette isn't there.

Looking forward to this month's meeting. Is the Doctor coming in?

I was under the impression from reading the original threads that the club was looking to be more self sufficient and NOT have to rely on Mudville's equipment. In five years of meeting at Mudville and no one can turn the PA on?
